Our team of professionals can deal with the challenges of property management and free you to enjoy the benefits of your investment. You define the parameters for managing the property and our agents will follow through to see that your property is cared for as if you were there.

Our Account Managers are on island and available as needed. Your tenants will no longer need to contact you for assistance. We have a full maintenance team ready to respond to any repair needs. Our Finance department can do all billing and tax payments and collect and track rent payments. If a change of tenant occurs, we will prepare the property for occupation, while finding a new tenant for you.

PROPERTY CARE

Nai’a is contracted with the best local plumbers, carpenters, electricians, and maintenance services on the island. With over twenty years of doing business on Maui, we have established relationships with the most dependable and expert service providers. Our agent is available for your tenant whenever a need arises. 

FINANCIALS 

Our Finance department will handle the collection of rent, filing of GET, and the paying of bills. The tenant will have a local contact to clarify any questions regarding their rent. As the owner, one call will put you in contact with a staff that can provide detailed information regarding the status of your property account. Quarterly financial reports can also be provided. 

MARKETING

Nai’a will prepare and place ads for your property in the best and most widely read local Maui publications. Placement on our Website, with a virtual tour of your property, is also an option available when you join Nai’a. Your Account Manager will handle the applications by potential tenants and do all the necessary paperwork to make sure your property is rented as quickly as possible.
